JIAJIE is a Ningbo-based manufacturer of pneumatic quick couplers, air line fittings, stainless steel precision parts, air preparation units and airbrush tools. Since 2005 we have run our own CNC workshop — turning bar stock, inspecting to drawing, and shipping direct to distributors and brands worldwide.

Selection & Compatibility

Threads, coupler profiles, materials and the mistakes that cause leaks.

Can I connect NPT to BSP fittings?
No. NPT is a 60° taper thread (North America) and BSP is a 55° thread (Europe / Asia). They look alike but will not seal and can crack the fitting. Use a listed NPT–BSP adaptor or specify one standard across your line — we machine both.
How do I know if a quick coupler will fit my air tool?
Match the interchange family, not the size. Industrial (I/M), ARO, Euro and ISO 6150 couplers share nominal sizes but have different internal locking geometry, so a plug only locks into the same-family coupler. Send us a photo and we will confirm the profile.
Brass or stainless steel for my pneumatic fittings?
Brass is the cost-effective choice for dry, indoor shop air. Use 316 stainless steel for coastal, outdoor, washdown, food or chemical environments where brass can dezincify; SS304 covers most general corrosion-resistant duty.
Why does my air coupler leak even when connected?
Quick couplers seal on an internal O-ring, not on the thread and never with thread tape. A leak usually means a wrong-family plug or a worn O-ring. Confirm the family and replace the O-ring — do not add tape.
Can pneumatic couplers be used for water or liquid?
Our compressed-air quick couplers are built for air. For liquid transfer use a fluid-rated coupler or fitting specified for the medium and pressure; mixing them risks seal failure.
What pressure and flow rating do I need?
Match the coupler bore (and therefore CFM flow) to the tool, not just the pressure rating. A small bore starves high-demand tools. We list working pressure and typical flow per family so you can size correctly.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard MOQ is 1000 pcs per item, with mixed-SKU consolidation across the range in one PO. Custom tooling volume is confirmed from the drawing; trial batches are often supported against a forecast.
Can I get free samples before ordering?
Yes. Stock-item samples ship free in 3–5 days for evaluation; custom samples follow the drawing review and typically take 7–10 days.
Do you support OEM / ODM and custom logo?
Yes. We provide OEM and ODM across the full range — your logo, colour, engraving and packaging. Send a drawing or sample and we will engineer it in our own workshop.
Which certifications can you provide?
Material certificates (RoHS / REACH) and dimensional inspection reports are available on request; CE / ISO 9001 documentation can be arranged per order. We state exactly which document ships with your batch.
What are your lead times and shipping terms?
Mass production is normally 15–30 days after sample approval. We ship by sea or air (FOB Ningbo / Shanghai) and support DDP on request.
Can I visit or audit the factory?
Yes. We welcome virtual and on-site audits at our Ningbo workshop — facility, process, QC and traceability. Auditing the factory directly verifies real capacity better than a trading company can.

A factory. JIAJIE is the export brand of Ningbo Haishu Gaoqiao Jiajie Pneumatic Tools Factory, with our own CNC workshop since 2005. You deal directly with the people who machine the parts.
