Samples: what to expect
For existing items we ship free samples in 3–5 days so you can check fit, finish and thread standard against your application. For custom parts, samples follow the drawing review (7–10 days) — that step is where we confirm the profile, material and tolerances before cutting steel.

Material certificates (RoHS / REACH) and dimensional inspection reports are available on request, and specific third-party certifications (such as CE or ISO 9001 documentation) can be arranged per order. Factory audit — yes, welcome it
We welcome both virtual audits (live video walkthrough of the CNC workshop, inspection and packing) and on-site audits at our Ningbo factory. Bring your checklist: facility, process flow, QC points, traceability and social compliance. Auditing the factory directly — rather than a trading company that sub-contracts — is the fastest way to verify real capacity and avoid surprises at the dock.
OEM / ODM and custom specs
Across the full range we provide OEM and ODM: your logo, colour, engraving and packaging. Send a drawing, sample or concept and our engineering team will confirm feasibility, tooling and lead time. Mixed-SKU container loads let you consolidate couplers, fittings, valves and airbrush parts into one shipment — one PO, one factory contact, lower consolidation cost.

Shipping terms
Mass production is normally 15–30 days after sample approval. We ship by sea or air, typically FOB Ningbo / Shanghai, and support DDP on request. Tell us your annual volume and target market and we will propose the Incoterms and container mix that keep your landed cost sensible.
